Yes, We’re Giving Away an iPad. Here’s How You Get It

Holy shit, kids! You are so damn lucky. TOL is running our first contest, and boy are we getting off to a great start. Here are the deets:

The prize:

TOL has managed to get its hands on a swanky new iPad, and because we’re feeling generous, we want to give it to one of y’all. We want to do this to celebrate July 4th, the birth of the United States, and, well, because we’re awesome.

Here’s what you have to do:

1. Take a picture of yourself doing something liberty loving.

2. Write a caption for it that starts with “I love Thoughts on Liberty because…”

3. Email it to contest@thoughtsonliberty.com or send TOL a private message on Facebook by July 5, 2013.

Here’s how you win:

Next week, we’ll upload the pictures you sent us with their captions to the TOL Facebook page. Over the course of a week, get your friends, your neighbors, total strangers — whoever — to “like” your photo. At midnight on July 12, we’ll tally them up, and whoever  has the most wins, and we’ll get that iPad on your way*!

*Dear TOL readers outside the US. Sadly, TOL does not have the funds to ship the iPad overseas. We’d love it if you entered, but we can’t offer you a prize at this juncture. It’s not that we don’t love you. We’re just poor.
